o in Edessa, a city close to Thessaloniki. When he was two years old his family moved in a village, which was located in the district(nomos) Pelas and it is called St.George. They remained there for about nine years, until Tasos became 11 years old, and after that they moved to Lakoma, a village in Halkidiki.
