through diversity.I have dreamed of a world where everyone is equal and I have accomplished in my world this very dream. However, when we in America get and live this concept I have continually talked of throughout this essay only than will there ever be true change in the equality of people in our country. We can not make people understand this, we can only teach it, what people do with it after they learn it is entirely up to them. I think this is where many people mess up because we are teaching the concept that humans are more alike than unlike but we do not live this concept. You have to work to do the work. We have a long way to go in order for all people to become equal in an institutional racist system but we have come a long way and the struggle will continue. One day I know my daughter will live in a world where the texture of her hair and the color of her skin does not matter when I do not know. One thing I do know is I must continue to live my life treating everyone fairly and equally so I can pass it on to her and she can pass it on to her children or friends this is how a cycle continues. So eventually America will be one where every one has equal status....
