ll club. His personal vision started last year when he wanted to lead his team to and win the Super Bowl for the first time in his career, and at least sometime before he retired. He accomplished this and already this year he is talking about "when our team is 16 and 0", like it is definitely going to happen. This team is electric and you can see it in the way they are all playing. Nobody gives in even a little, even deep into the fourth quarter where other teams defenses begin to tire. Terrell Davis, Shannon Sharpe, and the whole team are rallying around this vision and show no signs of letting up, as they go into the last part of the season, which is usually the most difficult as teams are plagued by injury and mental fatigue. John Elway is really instrumental in all this as he continually looks forward, articulating his vision, and setting future goals, both of which are clearly shared by the whole team. It is just this sort of visionary leadership and team coherence that has intoxicated the whole organization. They know they must get to 16 and 0, and fulfill the dreams of everybody involved. They realize that it takes the effort of everybody individually to attain that goal and that they must utilize that creative tension on a personal basis to achieve that goal for themselves, and for the whole team. Clearly they are a championship team, and it will be incredible to see if they can go all the way and achieve that perfect record. I, as well as the world, will be watching with bated breath. ...
