CIS 240: Software Project Management Department of Mathematics – Physics – Computer Science After reviewing the book Rapid Development I have come to find that motivation, which is chapter 11 would be the most beneficial and interesting. Being a victim of procrastination, researching and reporting on motivation would only help me further my career in the information technology field.Project DescriptionThrough my research I will describe motivation and the different types of motivation. There are five motivation factors that I will describe in detail. I will also elaborate on what type of perks help the different types of information technological jobs.Project SignificanceMotivation is something that everyone could benefit from in their lives, not just those that procrastinate.
