motivation CIS 240: Software Project Management Department of Mathematics – Physics – Computer Science After reviewing the book Rapid Development I have come to find that motivation, which is chapter 11 would be the most beneficial and interesting. Being a victim of procrastination, researching and reporting on motivation would only help me further my career in the information technology field. Through my research I will describe motivation and the different types of motivation. There are five motivation factors that I will describe in detail. I will also elaborate on what type of perks help the different types of information technological jobs. Motivation is something that everyone could benefit from in their lives, not just those that procrastinate. Motivation can help anyone from a student to full time employee. There are many different ways to be and get motivated. Understanding this importance is the most significant part of this paper.
