It would allow uninsured parents, as well as their children, to obtain health insurance under CHIP and Medicaid. It would provide affordable coverage to a growing number of uninsured Americans ages 55 to 65, by allowing them to buy Medicare coverage with a 25 percent tax credit. The plan would expand access to affordable health care coverage to every child in America by 2005 and hold states accountable for signing kids up for CHIP. It would expand CHIP to children in families with lower incomes, and allow children in families with higher incomes to buy into the program. My plan would also extend a $3,000 tax credit to support families or individuals with long-term care needs.In conclusion I think I am the right person for the position of President of The United States Of America. I feel that I have made my position on these certain issues obvious and that I have explained myself well. I hope that everyone understands my position and what I believe....
