ms this out with a passion, inside, all of us can see the intensity build up so rapidly. We all vault out of our chairs and throw our helmets on and strap them down with passion. Every player thinks of each game as our last game and we will never get another chance to go out and strut our stuff and show the crowd how amazing we are. After we break out of our locker room we go walking out onto the field as if no one can beat us.The environment outside of the locker room is about the same as the locker room for us, but different for the crowd. As I walk out with the green just cleaned jersey on that is ready to get all stained in the opponents blood, I feel the crowd hollering, cheering, and screaming for us to beat them to a pulp. We can hear the metal cleats of hitting the broken asphalt under the mud-clumped soles from the following practice. The players are silent, thinking of how we are going to play and focused on the one goal of coming back into the locker room hollering due to a w in the books. The field is calling our names, waiting for us to walk on it and put our life on the line for the love of the game. The halogen lights shinning from all four corners of the field and cheering crowds is the best part.The lights bring a stream down through the fog filled sky onto the dew-covered grass. The dew is brought about from dusk setting in the clear sky while clinging itself to the grass. As I feel the intensity of the crowd I will get a feeling inside of my whole body; pumped up and ready to get onto the field and have the time of my life. The intensity between the two teams is so thick that I can see it and would be able to take a knife out and cut right through it. This is how much the game means to the teams and the individuals on both sides of the field.
