st good students in the current system.Teachers have a responsibility to understand their pupils and how their culture affects their learning style. And quite too often this is not the case as teachers get bored with their students because they do not appreciate them. If a student is lacking in motivation it may not be because they are not interested in the material, but they don't understand the method in which it, the material, is being presented to them. I want to make it my priority to present my students with a clear and comprehensible lesson, one that will fit their backgrounds no matter what the racial or ethnic makeup may be in my class....
