Once a divorce is inevitable due to sexual indiscretion it is easily attained. In the opinion of some, the no-fault divorce laws have led to the increased rate of divorce. The increase is contributed to the inexpensiveness of getting a divorce, because of the no-fault laws. Anyone can obtain a divorce with ease, because it is inexpensive. The effect of sexual indiscretion and the no fault laws is more divorces. The bottom line is the lack of commitment in most cases. The lackadaisical attitude toward the sanctity of marriage is a major cause of divorce. Once this attitude is obtained divorce is sure to follow.In concluding: Why do we take the vow of I take the to be my lawfully wedded husband/wife, to love and cherish in sickness and in health to death do us part if we really do not intend to? Obviously, we dont all live up to that vow or promise. So statistic confirm that one out of every two marriages in the United States will end up in divorce. Why do many couples break their vows? A clear understanding of the institution of marriage can help prospective candidates approach it with the right preparation. The right prospective is to know that most marriages break up because of the lack of emotional preparation and a sound financial foundation. This causes displacement and misinterpretation of family values. So in knowing this, let us please compromise and get on the same accord....
