Imaginative essay

fied at getting fired so that fear was the leverage I used to lower all the top wages. From that day forward no one earned over fifty thousand dollars a year and no one earned less than thirty thousand dollars a year. Every employee became a salaried worker with benefits comparable with those offered by Swedish companies who are the most generous in the world. The average employee was overjoyed at the benefits and the fairness of the wages. Without the tobacco, we were able to focus on all the other aspects of the company. Phillip Morris also produces cheese, macaroni, and other foodstuff. We capitalized on the closing of the tobacco sector and advertised greatly our new found “humanism.” We sold the idea of caring for the public and that we realize that tobacco is wrong. We advertised our new ties with various charities and humanitarian projects. Of course this helped boost our sales as we predicted. More people purchased our products due to our newfound commitments. The first year we managed a large profit margin. The tobacco sector made as much money as it lost so it was not missed. The change in salaries and benefits actually was paid for by the wages that used to be paid to the executives who ripped the company blind. The advertising used to appease former stockholders was redirected to advertise our products and services. Profits incurred in the second year of the now private company were used to stabilize all other aspects of the company. The new Phillip Morris had become within two-year time a large profit driven company that shared all profits among its employees. By the second year we were able to expand the company, hire thousands of more employees, which included those in the previously closed tobacco sector and lower all the prices for our products. I was able to made my money back at this time. I wonder why no one made a non-profit company as successful as this one before?...
