Terrorism1

Terrorism is a major growing problem in today’s society. Over the last fifteen years, new terrorist organization networks have sprung up from all over the world. Many governments have had little success in shutting down organizations attempts to harm innocent people. Many people do not understand why people resort to taking actions such as bombing, hijacking, and suicide missions. It leaves many people wondering how these organizations justify their attack on innocent and warm hearted citizens.Terrorist actions may be committed by one individual, a group, or sometimes governments that support terrorist activities such as the Taliban. Most terrorists, unlike common criminals believe they are suppose to dedicate their life to a certain individual or a God. On September 11, attacks were brought to the United States according to terrorist network leader Usama bin Laden to praise Allah. Allah, being the God of Muslim religion, is being honored according to the Al Qaeda terrorist network because the United States is being racist towards the Muslim and the Islamic world. These allegations have led the Al Qaeda network to declare a "holy war" on the United States, demanding that all Afghan people raise up and fight for their religion.Over the last three weeks the United States has begun taking military action against the Taliban and the Al Qaeda network. The United States attacks have spread all over Afghanistan focusing on the capital of the Taliban in Kabul, other cities that have been hit include Jalalabad and Herat. The U.S. led forces have mainly centralized on terrorist training camps and air fields. On reports given by President George W. Bush, he states that he stresses to the citizens of the United States and all over the world that this is a fight against terrorism and not on the Afghan people. In response to his word, President Bush is now funding a multi-million dollar campaign to help feed the people of Afghanistan. Many...
