ever get a new position. They have very few goals and few become areality. This group of employees does not make a lot of money, but they are content withwhat they do everyday. Average workers think of their job as a way to pay the bills. Theyare just as their name describes them, average. Hard-working employees are the soon-to-be managers and owners of theircompanies. They work hard to show their commitment to the company. Hard-workingemployees always do more than expected for a task. These worker tend to be more activeat the job, and they volunteer for projects, and special assignments. These industriousemployees seem to work their way up the corporate ladder. They make few enemies andget a lot of connections within the job. Most of the time this group never has to worryabout keeping their job. They end up getting the better assignments at the job, and mostare happy with what they do. There is never a discipline, problem and they take fullresponsibility for their actions. They set their goals high and achieve them. Most of themhave one goal in common, to be the boss.Obviously, not all workers fit into one of these categories. Some work a littleharder than others, some a bit less. Even if person gets a college degree, it does not alwaysmean that they worked hard for it. Maybe they just barely passed to get the degree.Employers can not always tell if someone is the best person, but they can always get rid ofan employee that is not meeting the company’s requirements.
