Howard Hunt of the CIA was able to blackmail Nixon for a million dollars. What did Hunt know? As discussed earlier, several researchers have accused Hunt of complicity in Kennedy's death, and Hunt has given conflicting accounts of where he was on the day of the shooting. Also several of the people who were hired or considered for employment by the Nixon White House during Watergate had been connected with the Warren Commission. Was this just a coincidence? In addition, some of the operatives and Cuban exiles who were involved in the Bay of Pigs operation later turned up in the Watergate affair.The last official verdict on the assassination - released by the HSCA in 1979 - stated that "the Committee believes, on the basis of evidence available to it, that President John F. Kennedy was probably assassinated as a result of a conspiracy." ...
