Germanys Reunification

o thousands of other migrants flee fromtheir native land to Germany, so that they could try and receive aid from the government. Oneout of every 10 residents of Berlin is a foreigner. Security and affluence in the West andinsecurity and poverty in the East will force people to migrate. This is putting an even greaterstrain on the already weak job market. People in the West are feeling resentful because the?Easterns? are taking away their jobs. Government officials estimate that more then 500,000asylum-seekers will come to Germany this year, almost double last year?s total [Journal WireServices]. Their presence has provoked bitterness and racism in Germany. Many Germans blamethe refugees as well as their countrymen from the East and the thousand of Germans who areleaving the former Soviet Union for their unemployment. The West Germans have different world views aswell as experiences than that of their companions. One of the major difference between the twosides, is the way they view foreigners.
