JFK
JFK November 22, 1963 President John F. Kennedy took a limo ride through Dallas Texas, but this harmless event quickly turned fatal for the young president. The presidents limo turned onto Elm going 25 miles per hour then slowing down to 10 miles per hour to make a sharp turn. The first shot ran out missing the president completely sounding like an echo. Hearing this, Kennedy stops waving and starts to look around. The second shot was then fired sending the bullet into Pres. Kennedy’s throat he then grabs his throat with both hands. The third shot sent a bullet into Kennedy’s back, thrusting him down and forward. The fourth shot sent a bullet into Connley’s back near the rear of his right arm pit. Connley then yells “My God they’re going to kill us all!”. The fifth shot was fired and another bullet missed the president and hit an underpass, fragments fragments from the bullet hit James Taye who was standing under the underpass. The sixth and final shot sent a fatal bullet to the right lobe of his head, throwing him back and to the left. An autopsy was done only on the head to find how much of the brain was lost, no future exam was done to track the bullets and to determine how many bullets where fired into Kennedy the examiner was told by high ranking officers in the room when to stop and what not to do. Since no further investigation was done the magic bullet theory was born. In this theory it was said that three bullets caused all seven wounds. The magic bullet theory comes in on the fourth shot, causing wounds to JFK and to Connley. First it enters Kennedy’s back headed down at an angle of 17 degrees, upward to leave Kennedy’s body through his neck, where it stopped in mid air turns right then left were it enters Connley near the back right arm pit. Then moved down at an angle of 27 degrees shattering the fifth rib exits right side of chest, turns right re-entering Connley’s right wrist makes an U turn into his left thigh. Later to be found in perfect condition at the hospital on a stretcher. Oswald was shot and killed by Jack Ruby so the case was closed saying that Lee Harvey Oswald shot and killed president Kennedy. Since Oswald was killed there was no one to fight for him and his wife made him out to be a monster. So it stayed that Oswald shot Kennedy Jim Garrison, in 1969, reopened the case of Jim Garrison went to talk to Jack about the reason for Guy Banister beating him. Jack claims it was an argument over a phone bill. He also tells them Dave Ferrie was involved with Guy Banister in operation mongoose which was to train Cubans for another attack on Cuba. Jack also says that Clay Shaw, also known as Clay Bertrand, was involved in operation mongoose. Jim Garrison also interviewed Dean Andrews. He of course lied saying he never meet Clay Shaw and if he gives Clay Bertrands identity he will be killed also. Garrison then interviews Willie O’Keefe. He tells him Dave Ferrie took him to a ball to meet Clay Shaw for sexual reasons. At a later party Dave Ferrie starts to cut down Kennedy and describes the assassination before it happens. Willie claims Kennedy stoled the election and was killed for being a communist. A woman standing in front of the grassy knoll and heard a shot come from the knoll and saw sparks coming from the fence behind her. She claims she heard 4 to 6 shots. Cops take her in and tell her there was only 3 shots but it was only 20 minutes after the shooting. After finding his apartment surrounded by media and cops, Dave Ferrie goes to talk to Jim Garrison. After talking to the cops about what he knows he is found dead in his apartment of natural causes. Two unsigned suicide notes are found in his apartment along with an empty bottle of proloid, a drug used to speed up metabolism, but Dave Ferrie suffered from hypertension by taking a bottle of that it would kill him. Jim Garrison disbelieves that he would kill himself after being so afraid of death the night before. Jim Garrison meets with a guy who calls himself “X”, the tells Garrison that he is closer than he thinks to solving the case. “X” tells Garrison about what had happened near the time of the assassination. He says that he was sent to the South pole just two weeks before Kennedy’s assassination, and if he had stayed instead of going to the South pole he would have been put in charge of security for JFK’s limo ride in Dallas. He also says that Oswald was charged with the murder at 7:00 p.m.. By 2:00 the next day New Zealand had Oswald’s life history and 4 hours later he was convicted. “X” also said that some one told the 112 military intelligence group 4th army headquarters to stand down. He calls it a black ops. Operation Mongoose was pure black ops. “X” also told Garrison that #273 National Sec. Action Memorandum Reversed Kennedy’s New withdraw policy. In that document laid the Vietnam war. He also says that the FBI received threat on Kennedy’s life that Militant Revolonary group would try to assassinate Kennedy. This threat was sent throughout the country but ignored. After the assassination all the copies that were sent out were pickedup to avoid embarrassment. Clay Shaw was arrested for conspiracy entering into agreement to commit murder of the president. When asked if he had used any other names he said “Clay Bertrand”. A limo full of blood, bullet holes, and clues was washed immediately after the assassination. When the brain was to be examined to determine which direction the bullets hit from it was said that JFK’s brain had disappeared. Many documents that Garrison had tried to look at had been declared classified and that he could not see them. When Oswald was accused of shooting officer Tippit, Officer J.M. Pole marked the shells at the scene with his initials for later evidence. When later he looked at them there were no initials on the three cartilage’s of shells. Jim Garrison showed the tape of JFK’s limo ride and the murder and pointed out were each bullet had been fired from and where it had hit at. In order to prove that Oswald could not have shot the president he told the jury minute by minute where he was. At 12:15 Carilon Arnold saw Oswald having lunch. 90 seconds after JFK was shot officer Baker ran into Oswald on the second floor when asked if Oswald appeared to be out of breath he said not at all. After realizing what has happened Oswald leaves through the front entrance where the police have gathered. He returns to his rooming house at 1:00 p.m.. He then hears two beeps on police car horn, could be a signal, and Oswald leaves at 1:04 p.m.. Officer Tippit was shot between 1:10 and 1:15. This means Oswald would have to jog a mile in six to eleven minutes commit murder reverse his direction go 3/5 of a mile to Texas Theater. Mrs. Clemmons seen two men leaving in different directions. She was never taken to a line up or shown any pictures. Police put an APB out on a man that fit Oswalds discreption. John Burrer a shoe salesman saw Oswald walking down Jefferson Ave. Oswald then went to the Texas Theater he had 14 dollars in his pocket but did not buy a 75 cent ticket. John Burrer asked the cashier at the Texas Theater to call the police she did, soon after thirty officers in a fleet of police cars responded to the call. Some one knew that Oswald would be there Burrer went with the police into the theater and pointed Oswald out from the stage. They then cuffed him and did not tell him why he was being taken. By the time they reached police headquarters he was arrested for murder of Tippit. No legal counsel was given or provided for him. There was no record of his arrest. By the next morning he is charged with the murder of JFK. Jack Ruby trying to spare Jackie Kennedy the grief of taking the stand, was shown into the police station threw an underground garage. When Oswald was being walked out Jack Ruby jumped out, shot and killed Oswald. When Clay Burternd took the stand he lied about everything about ever knowing Dean Andrews, Lee Harvey Oswald, Dave Ferrie, Willie O’Keefe and ever having anything to do with operation mongoose and he also lied about having used Clay Burternd after admitting after being arrested. Although the evidence, to me, was overwhelming the jury found Clay Shaw not guilty. Outside after trial the media ask him if he plans to run for his position of D.A. and he says yes, then adds that he will keep looking for the truth of the JFK assassination he says, “I owe that not only to Jack Kennedy but to the country.” Bibliography:
