Martin Luther King
Martin Luther King When you here the name Martin Luther King Jr. You might think of a man whose a hearo, joyful, helping and a man that will never give up. Well some people thought of Martin as a saint, a trouble maker, and a Negroes. Slavery have been going on for many years. Slavery started in the 1808 in the United States. Much of the work now done by machines was done by slaves in the ancient world. The early laws of Babylonia said that one man could own anther man, just as he owned a sheep or an ox. Even the Bible allowed slavery. In early times men often sold themselves or members of their families to pay a debt or merely to get money. From the earliest times there were always protests against slavery. Some saw the evil effect upon the slave himself. A slave was a tool to many people, and a gang of slaves was a machine with man for parts. In Rome and other parts of the world slaves were of any race. In the United State many slaves were black. Slavery ended many years after, but segregation started ( Slayton 212). Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. change that all. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. was born on January 15, 1929 in Alanta, Georgia. When he was only six years old his parents told him about slavery and the white people hating the blacks. Later when he was playing with his friend Bill a white boy, Bill mother told Martin that he was different and the boys could not play together any more. That is when he understood all the thing his parents told about white people ( Martin Luther King Jr. married Coretta Scott in 1953. Martin and Coretta had fro children together. They had two sons Martin Luther the threed and Dexter Scott, and two daughters Yolanda Denise and Bernice Ablative( Comptons Chcylonedia 244). Martin Luther King Jr. Started his life as a paster in a local church. After Preachinf at the church for a little wile he when to help people with the sivril rights movenment in 1955. Martin helped people get whwt they desired. He helped ened segregation in some parts of the USA. Segregation was when whites and blacks were saperated. The schools, jobs, places to eta, hotels and even greve were part of Bibliography:
