The Chief Causes of the Civil War

the horrors of slavery and also the destruction of the war that tore the nation apart: the Civil War. In current times, wars break out among groups for power and money. One problem that is similar toward slavery is how many children are forced to work in sweatshops for almost no payment. This form of slavery should be abolished because of the results of the enslavement of African-Americans and what happened in the aftermath of the Civil War. The whole reason that one learns history is to learn from his or her mistakes, and if this truly beneficial experience isn’t working with many people, there is a good chance that history’s disasters will repeat themselves. Thus, the events leading up to the Civil War are important for us to know, so that two groups of people don’t clash again and start another civil war, or even civil restlessness....
