The leaders of these new nations seem to be full of revolutionary and democratic zeal, but lack the leadership qualities required of them as leaders of economically and politically unstable nations.The political instability of the new nations has caused leaders to rise and fall quickly, giving little time for one leader to advance in the direction of stability.
