Around 180Texans faced an insurmountable force of Spanish soldiers who numbered well over 2,000. They faced the onslaught of cannon balls, bullets, and swords, knowing that in the endthey faced a sure slaughter. They were shown no quarter and given no break, but still theynever backed down. They all fought and died for freedom, a value that was to them agreater than life itself.Life is Gods greatest gift to mankind. Is there anything worth losing this mostprecious gift for?
