drama diary In another group J, D, K, D. They decided to base there scene in a house. J and K begin the scene sitting down. One suggestion could be that they stood up, to make the scene interesting. D comes in he is anger to see J in the house. He physically hurts K. J comes is again asking for his hat, he may have seen, a glimpse of what was happening in their house. After J has left D hurts K again but goes to far and straggles her to death. I think it was affect how the stage was set at this point because we could see that a spilt scene occurs with J ringing the police, and D in the house. I think J needed to be louder and the entrances of the door moved once of twice. To make it clear, they could take out these hand and (open & close) the door. The other suggestion could be that J moved a bit away from D. (To the separate houses). The other scene was based in a police station. They needed to have staged this better, from were I was sitting I could only see the back D. Maybe by staging it dianoly, with the police on one side and D on the other. When they were questioning D, I think the questions could be worded better (this could be because they were nervous). They needed to be more formal, another suggestion that would show there characters is to have there back straight, and keep continuous eye contact with D. My last comment, is that the story line was interesting. It had a tense atmosphere, which was there but could be more effective with pauses and freeze frames when they changed scenes. Bibliography:
