Salieri is driven to near-madness when Mozart's music is rejected by the masses and his own is warmly embraced, even though Salieri knows his own compositions are inferior.The infuriated Salieri then challenges God, vowing to get revenge by destroying the man Mozart, whom he believes has been unfairly chosen to receive the musical gifts that are rightfully his own.Amadeus deals with adult themes and contains scatological references; it is suitable for mature audiences....
