This point is suggesting that in some cases, there is discrimination against the suspect. This is implying that even if the crime was not perpetrated, the death penalty was imposed under irrational circumstances. In a situation such as this one, the ruling would not be fair to either the suspect or the family of the suspect. One has to not only think of the suspect, but also everyone who has struggled for the benefit of this impotent person, like his/her family and friends. These reasons illustrated present reasons to oppose the harsh usage of capital punishment, yet there are also reasons that support the death penalty. Capital punishment should be utilized, only if sentenced correctly. Otherwise, criminals should have longer and stricter sentences. Because there are many moral issues relating to capital punishment, such as dealing with minorities and the poor, deterring crime, and spiteful justice, as long as capital punishment exists, these moral issues will always be present....
