If DNA banks could be operated by the guidelines pointed out earlier, it would be safe for everyone to have their DNA on file and the killer would have been identified. The sense of safety is enough to cancel out the minimal loss of privacy. With rising crime rates everywhere an increased sense of safety is needed nationwide. Plus people will be safer from being falsely accused of crimes. If one still feels a loss of privacy or unsure of the possible outcomes of this, consider that the government would only do this to protect the people it governs....
