The American refusal to push Israel back away from its settlements, in the occupied territories and reach a real peace agreement with the Palestinians.The massacre of Sabra and Chatila, that took place in Lebanon, in 1982, is one of the most barbarous event in recent history. Thousands (3000-3500) of unarmed and defenseless Palestinians refugees, old men, women and children, were butchered in an orgy of savage killing. This was an outcome of the alliance between Israel and Lebanese Phalangist. At that time, Arial Sharon was the Defense Minister of Israel. Mya Shone, an American journalist, was there, and he saw victims that had been mutilated with axes and knives. Others had their eyes removed, the skin was stripped from their bodies. The United States didn’t do anything to protect the Palestinians refugees’ human rights, and Israel was not punished and sanctioned for the massacre. Those are some of the reasons, why so many people in the Middle East hate the United States. The American government should put a real effort, to help the two countries to reach a peace agreement.“Stop the Bombing”, should be the American government principle priority, this will save many lives, and the United States will not repeat the Iraq’s mistake. The United States must implement a new approach to the international policies regarding the Middle East, emphasizing cooperation and more diplomatic solutions to this issue. The United States should put a real effort, to help the Palestinians in their pace’s process with the Jewish, this will solve many controversies in the Middle East....
