This is one of the most basic concepts in business. It consist of Decision making, organizing, staffing, communicating, and motivating. This process can be the basic guidelines for Gloverston to re-control his company.I feel that if Gloverston can sit down with each functional team individually and discuss what there problems are and what he can do to help, the company will turn around in a positive direction. Then each functional area has to realize the problems of all the other areas and try to coincide with these problems. Gloverston should not directly tell the nursing staff by what they are doing wrong. He should tell them what they are doing good at first and then tell them what they could improve on. If directly tell someone that they are doing something wrong or did something wrong you are just going to cause more tension and anger.I think that if Gloverston can follow the basic outlines of leadership it will be beneficial for him and his company. I feel that Gloverston can also use Managerial functions to help his company. These changes could bring success to the company will let it succeed throughout the future. I feel by 1999 that this company if guided well can once again be a dominant leader in the medical market....
