course he does not do it for real, but the audience is able to share in the moment with them. Overall, I will give this drama an ?A? because there was a great delivery of body and there was much eye contact with the audience and their backs were never really turned away from the audience. I really did enjoy this piece.There was another piece that I enjoyed as well and that one was entitled, ?The Names of Flowers and Girls.? This was about a guy who was at a club and fell in love with the singer. It is a two man show and very well done. The actors are named Babette and Grandfather. There is one point in the performance that really stood out to me and that was when they mirrored each other?s characters. Babette would pretend to speak, while the words came out of Grandfather?s mouth and vice versa and I found this very effective and was a unique contribution to the performance. I also enjoyed how minimal props they used and how through oral interpretation they were able to portray their story. An object will be thrown and the audience is able to feel and see it without an object physically being thrown. The final play was entitled, ?Tall Folks? and this one I did not enjoy too much because there was some nudity involved. It is about two bars and how they are competing against one another and one of them becomes a topless bar and there is an actual live stripper that strips down and does everything that a stripper is supposed to do. There was no prior warning about this and I felt a little awkward because I wasn?t expecting something like this to happen since in all of the other skits involved oral interpretation and this left nothing to the imagination since everything was visible before you. The skit ended with the stripper leaving half-naked after seducing half the audience.
