y is one of the most valuable goods in the United States. Why should the people make most of the money share? These people earned it. The poorest schools are complaining that they have no funding. The reason these schools have a problem is they do not pay as much money in property tax. One of Americas most popular sayings is while the rich keep getting richer the poor keep getting poorer. This holds true in the conflict theory. The exception is that in act 60 the poor want to get richer. Its every Americans dream to own a big house and send their children to a nice school. In this scenario, the so-called rich are just trying to keep their money in their own community. A common question asked by sociologist when researching is who benefits and who is deprived? In this new act, the poorest schools are benefiting greatly and the richest schools are being hurt tremendously. Thought the conflict in this argument is negative the outcome for one party will be positive. Either one or the other side will win, thats the outcome in the conflict theory. The only possibility of a compromise is if every homeowner pays the same amount. This would not work because in order to meet school finding requirements the amount would be more than the poorest homeowners could and would afford. The richest homeowners would benefit because their money would stay in their community. Although the conflict perspective can be found every second of everyday in America, sometimes it works backwards. Everyone wants to become richer and would be willing to exploit others if needed....
