on street corners. How wrong I was. The first thing Irealized, aside from the stopping cars, was how clean the streets were. I really admiredthe cleanliness. I soon realized that if I was to drop my candy wrapper, or if someonewere to flick a cigarette on the ground, it would stand out. In fact, it would stand out likea soar thumb.Aside from the cleanliness and the hospitality, what I found more intriguing werethe sights. Everything you look at is picture perfect. The beaches and the many differentmonuments are incredible. The bluish-green crystal clear water was something that I hadnever before seen in my life. The view of the island from the top of Diamond Head wascertainly a Kodak moment. It looked as if it should have been pictured in a geographybook. (Diamond Head was a military bunker during World War II). The vibrant colorsof the many different fish was truly an unbelievable sight. Not to mention, a watertemperature of 75 degrees is hard to beat as well.After spending two weeks in Hawaii, I realized, or at least created my own imageand definition of perfect. In my mind, Hawaii was and still is the only place that I wouldever consider viewing as perfect. I’m not sure whether it was the cleanliness, hospitality,or the sights and surroundings. What ever it was, Hawaii led me to realize andunderstand a clear definition of pure perfection. ...
