This solution also does not meet any of the criteria I set for solving the problemThe second solution I have is to make everyone in the fraternity aware of the situation that has occurred. Hopefully, once the person realizes that the tape they borrowed from the VCR is a rental and belongs to somebody, they will return it immediately. In order for everyone in the fraternity to have knowledge of the incident each of the three criteria would have to be met. I would have to notify the president if everyone was to know. I would also have to approach each member face to face to make sure they knew. Since some members are not around the house very often, I would have to post a note on the bulletin board to assure everyone finds out about the missing tape.I hope that my problem is solved rather quickly to keep any hard feelings from arising as a result of this incident.Sincerely,Brian Beyer...
