After taking the wellness inventory I have found that I am possibly the most unhealthy person you could find. I am so tough mentally, meaning I am very mentally prepared for what the world will throw at me. When the physical factor comes in thats where I find myself lacking. I try to eat right, which entails rarely any junk food, I am always drinking water, and usually snack on carrots or pretzels.
