The constitution of the United States is a conservative and obsolete document which ought to be abandoned

government must be confined to the rule of law. The Constitutions 25 Amendments, added over a period of 180 years, have in most cases, plugged the loopholes, rather than change the focus of the document. This is what I believe in preserving, the document in its entirety. I do not believe that it is a document that is open to direct change. However, I do believe that there is some truth in what former President Franklin D. Roosevelt stated in his first inaugural address on March 4, 1933. "Our constitution is so simple and practical that it is possible always to meet extraordinary needs by changes in emphasis and arrangement without loss of its essential form. That is why our constitutional system has proved itself the most superbly enduring political mechanism the modern world has produced." This of course is my opinion, which is my protected constitutional right. The thought of abandoning one of the greatest documents ever written is in my opinion, preposterous. ....
