driving. An estimate of 30-500 minutes was recorded, with an average of 130 minutes. 55% of the students use their cell phone less than the average amount, and 45% of the students use it more than the average. This data shows that half the time spent on a cell phone is while driving. The survey asked the students if they are for or against this new law, and if they will obey it. 80% of the students were against it, and 20% were for it.
