The government also takes money out of my pay for Medicare, Medicare is a program that provides medical care for people that can not afford it. There is also a federal income tax that is deducted and used for a various assortment of programs from road paving to bridge building and many other public needs.In closing I find that government effects my life in countless ways everyday. I know that the breakfast that I eat in the morning will be safer and healthier because of government standards on dairy farmers. I can drive to school or work with peace of mind knowing that the drivers of other vehicles have passed driving standards and are insured in case of an accident. I also know that the money deducted from my pay is going to take car of me when I am unable to work, buy me medicine when I am sick, and provide the basic public services that I need such as roads and bridges....
