female managers The altermatmite o goal any you manager is to be successful. You must have a need for achievement. The need for achievement is a stabler, learned characteristic in which stastiifcation is obtained buy striving for and attening a level of excellence (Mc Clelland, Atkinson, Clark, & Lowell, 1953). Your goal and purpose must be clear cut, knowing exactly what you want and how you plan on getting it. In the world today a person ‘s level of success is based on tehre level of achievement and if as a manager you cannot achieve, then you have failed and your would not be considered successful according to the world standards. Strive for friendship, you must be able to astablishe and build a relationship with individual, your peer, your superiors, your employees. This helps in making you’re a better individual, it makes you aware of the world and your envoirioonemtent. You learn how people think. It would help in making yiou aware of the social relationships within the work settings. As a female this concept could be misinterpreted by society. Your strive for freindship should alway be done in a moderate cpacity, otherwise individual could be mislead to believe otherwise. For example your closness could mean that there is something more going on than friendship. So as a female even thought you have a need for afficaltion it must alway be done in a moderate capacity. Your need for affilication must always be one of respect, as a manager your could be hated by many but alway strive to be resepcted by all. Bibliography:
