Then once more the Lord will accept the offering brought to him by the people of Judah and Jerusalem. In the book of Colossians Paul teaches that Christ has paid for our sin and that Christ has reconciled us to God. Jesus Christ is God in the flsesh, Lord of all creation, and Lord of the new creation. In Colossians Paul explained that Jesus physical body actually died. Jesus suffered death fully as a human so that we could be assured that he died in our place. Jesus faced dealth as God so we can be assured that his sacrifice was complete and the he truly removed our sin. He is the expressed refelction of the invisible God. He is eternal, preexistant, omnipotent, equal with the Father. He is supreme and complete.
