He came in a time when traditions were strong and broke them. He came to a conservative religion and brought a more liberal view. I’m not saying that if Jesus were here today he would be a registered democrat. I think he would probably be an independent and I also think he would be just as critical of our government and our leadership as he was to them. What I am saying is that in my opinion he would support the democratic cause over the republican cause and this makes me wonder why the majority of Christians wouldn’t. Maybe we haven’t changed so much from the people he came to save back then....
