Judaism: Belief in A Unitary God Personal God, the Creator and Sovereign of the Universe, a Unitary Being, remains central in Jewish religious thought(Leeming 88). This seems to be a natural transition from no God to one unitary God. Judaism could be considered one step away from atheism and one step closer to Christianity.
