When we look at what the scientific study of cloning has the power to do, we can only feel for the disadvantaged souls that are brought into this world not knowing who their parents are, and not having a true relationship with any family or parental figures. This does not seem like a morally correct practice to perform, and I believe that by playing the role of God we are dishonoring Him in that. Therefore, Victor (in Frankenstein) did the wrong thing in creating his creature, and he suffered the consequences. Now it is up to us as human beings with the ability to decide what is right or wrong to take a stand in what we believe, and educate the younger generations about modern science and what occurs. As a Christian, I believe that cloning is wrong and I will challenge the beliefs of my friends who think otherwise, in order for the truth to be revealed.
