Taylor sentenced Jackson to death. Right now, more than 3,500 inmates sit on Death Row in America. Almost all are poor, some are retarded and a few are under the age of 18. In addition, most had legal representation that ranged from inadequate to grossly incompetent. How is due process in effect when most all of the inmates cannot afford a competent attorney, or for that matter even knows what an attorney is.
