The person orpersons would have to be a full time faculty member in the College of Business. I feel that havinga daily interaction with the system and the users would prove to be very helpful in comparison tohaving someone called in to diagnose and solve the problems. Outside consultants are usuallyexpensive and are most of the time are not worth it. The load placed upon the system will vary at times. Classes are going to have a conflict inassignment due dates and everyone is going to rush to the lab to finish their assignments.However I think that most of the time there will be a slight to moderate load placed on thesystem. Most students bounce in to check their mail or to send a quick message anyway. Sittingdown and writing a program in one session is impossible any, so that will reduce the load in itself.
