The scheme derived by Iago was too precise and flawless to be that of an insane man and was not directed in the right way to be of revenge. As witnessed in the two events of the play mentioned Iago was simply a jerk and got pleasure out of it, so much so that he refused to give an answer when confronted as to his motive....
