dy potty trained and only went to the bathroom on newspaper. Another thing that makes me think they are one of the smartest dogs is when he is hungry or thirsty he will bring me his bowl. When he has to go to the bathroom or wants to go out side he will scratch at the door. He just recently learned how to open the cabinet where I keep his food. He has at this early age already learned to shake and lay down. He knows when he does something wrong. When I come home and he has done something wrong he will hide under my bed. As part of training him I put him in a dog crate. When I tell him to go in the crate he goes into it. The crate is used to further potty train him and to teach him house manners. All the traits I have listed you can find in a many breeds of dogs. However, Pit Bulls are my favorite dog so that is why I think they are the best breeds. Once again if you raise them right you will definitely have a good dog. With all these traits you will not only have a good family dog but also a good guard dog. Some people abuse the strength of Pit Bulls by fighting them, therefore giving Pit Bulls a bad name. People also inbreed Pit Bulls to create a superior fighting dog. However, the outcome of this is most likely a crazy dog that is unable to be trained and should not be kept as a pet. This issue is very publicized so many people believe Pit Bulls are a vicious breed. If you spend some time around Pit Bulls you will see that these stereo types are not true. With all these traits together I hope I have proved my point that Pit Bulls are the best dogs....
