The most important thing about this chapter (and the entire book) is the way information was presented – it could enable future researchers to implement CBT interventions and the results would truly reveal if this psychotherapeutic intervention really works.Compare/contrast Compares with article above as they both cite the 1984 Cochran study to prove CBT efficacy.This article compares with the research results of the article above it and the article below it.
