A person normally would be a member of one or more work professional groups and this could change over time and a work group ranges from 2 to 5 or 6 people.A work group could be one’s own family as the device moves to the home or apartment.And so a person with a handheld device dials a phone number and talks as usual. If that same personsignals a subscribed workgroup code(i.e. #1) then the person’s screen changes to that Party-Line website. If the other person in the dialog presses #1 then their screen changes and both parties are looking at the same front page of the supporting website. Seamlessly the original call becomes Party-Line. Any other subscribed user can hit #1 and hear the first two talking and join in. Important to this is that personsability to scan a script of that conversation to that point. Daily or periodic logs are maintained andretrievable. Any party or all parties can drop-of f without disturbing the call. Individuals canconduct ‘sidebar’ or private text chats at will. Individuals can put chat information into the log as the voice is converted to text. Voice to text errors are not corrected. Voice recordings are assembled and recorded for reference and possible later corrections.
