Lately peoplewith asthma have had a hard tinebreathing because of global warming andpollution. Doctors have had more asthmapatients in this year then in any year(Weier 2). So now what do you peoplethink of global warming and pollution? The green revolution was largely based onincreased energy in the form of irrigation,mechanization, fertilizers, and pesticides. So far the production yields in crops arenegative in the low latitude countriesbecause of climate change. Naturalfertilizer helps crops by 22 percent whereas chemical fertilizers help a little betterthan that but they are harmful to the soil. Climate change can affect rainfallintensity, weather extremes, pests, anddiseases. Studies have shown that SubSaharan Africa will get the worst of globalclimate change and pollution. Also studiesshow that food production will have togrow 2 percent every year to sustain thefood supply (Roach 1). Scientists statethat this is possible. The world food supply is changing andthe population needs to think about howto stop this from happening. Changingclimate is changing our earth. As theclimate is changing so is the world foodsupply. There is a high content ofgreenhouse gases in the atmosphere.People need to use natural fertilizersinstead of chemical fertilizers. We need toincrease the demand for food. Climatechange affects people too. The GreenRevolution was based on the mechanicsof farming. Climate change affectsweather patterns too. Food productionmust increase 2 percent ever year to keepup with the population of the world....
