Not only does Richard show no remorse, he also does not try to hide his misdeeds. Once the king is dead, Richard has his two sons killed and then claims the throne for himself. Even after he is crowned, he gets rid of a few that helped him along the way, and Anne, simply so that he can hold on to the crown Dawson Page 4as long as he can. Richard's speech was marked by formality and intelligence, and he used trickery and a lot of deceit to get the crown. And even though he was killed in battle by Richmond, he achieved all that he set out to achieve.Lucentio smartly and effectively won the heart of Bianca through deceit.
