e able to have the choice, and if everyone cant be happy with just taking care of their own lives then they are greedy with too much time on their hands. However anti-abortion advocates claim that most abortees will suffer to some degree post abortion syndrome, guilt, depression, rage, and social and sexual dysfunction. Where as over the last decade a census has been reached that most women who have had an abortion experience little or no psychological harm (Joyce, 7). Anti-abortionist are against the killing of a fetus but feel its moral to kill an abortion doctor (Joffe, 22). Anti-abortionists see killing as away of ending abortion. How could killing be away to end killing? Most people are raised knowing two wrongs dont make a right.Society may find itself pro-choice or pro-life. A soon to be mom may find herself elated or devastated happy or heartsick over a birth. Two major issues complicate abortion.One issue is where and when does life begins. Another issue is when does a fetus's life become more important than the life of the women who will carry it.Each and every month an egg is shed. Not a life yet, but potentially half a life. If fertilized and carried to term the egg will instead potentially become a human being. We say potentially because it may become a miscarriage. Undoubtedly this fertilized egg will not evolve into a fish, chicken, or puppy. It will become the only thing it was programmed to be a human being. This leaves people to believe a potential life begins at conception.However due to their biology women and fetuses have a complicated situation. The growing fetus while potentially a human being is totally dependent. The women is not. If nature had intended life to begin at conception a fetus would be able to survive at conception. Obviously it can not. Many suggest an option to the question at what point does life begin would be better asked at what point sustain itself.It is many peoples hope that...
