The police subculture is a contributing factor to these practices, because officers who often act in a corrupt manner are often over looked, and condoned by other members of the subculture. As mentioned from the very begining of this report the problem of police deviance and corruption will never be completely solved, just as the police will never be able to solve the crime problem in our society.
