Peer pressure will take juveniles from property crimes, which includes breaking and enter and auto-theft to violent crimes such as car jacking, arm robbery, and assault. As the juvenile loose interest in one crime he/she will try another to get that rush of adrenaline. When they figure out that they can earn money for certain crimes thats when the mistake is made and they move from misdemeanor crimes to felony crimes. Drug selling, grand theft auto, and aggravated assault is what our children today is caught up in. When worst comes to worst they end up killing one of their peers just to receive a label and to get a reputation. Its my intent to prove that juvenile crimes have been occurring for years, however in our time juvenile crimes are receiving more press coverage. Teenage crimes are in the same category and status as it was a hundred years ago, however we are informed more and the crimes are reported more often....
