For the most part, I have a very laid back and mild-mannered temperament. I have a Converger learning style. This represents a combination of doing and thinking. Convergers prefer to learn by doing and thinking. I like to be involved and am a hands-on individual. We are very good at reasoning, solving problems and decision-making. I don’t mind going out on a limb and being adventurous. I actually prefer to jump right in and try a solution or idea without analyzing it first. I don’t like to over analyze a situation.
